Como já referi aqui, tinha dois bilhetes comprados para a
Gala do Jonas Kaufmann em Zurique há muitos meses. Tinha também comprado dois
bilhetes para Il Re Pastore no dia
seguinte. Poucos dias antes fui informado pela Opernhaus Zürich que a Gala seria cancelada e substituída por um
recital lírico acompanhado ao piano.
Fiquei desolado e resolvi cancelar a viagem. Telefonei para
a Opernhaus Zürich referindo a
situação e pedindo o reembolso dos bilhetes. Foi-me de imediato concedido e, em
relação à ópera do dia seguinte, que não teve qualquer problema, também
me foi dada a hipótese do reembolso!
Há duas semanas verifiquei que na conta bancária tinha
chegado apenas o reembolso dos bilhetes da Gala do Jonas Kaufmann. Mandei um
e-mail a perguntar pelo Il Re Pastore e
recebi quase de imediato resposta, pedindo-me desculpa pelo equívoco e
informando que o reembolso dos bilhetes ocorreria na semana seguinte, o que
aconteceu.
Nunca fui tão bem tratado por uma casa de ópera!

Zürich Opera House - An example of understanding and respect for
the public!
As I mentioned here, I had purchased two tickets for Jonas Kaufmann Gala inZurich several months ago.
I had also bought two tickets for Il Re
Pastore next day. A few days before I was informed by the Zürich Opera House that the Gala would
be canceled and replaced by an lyric piano performance.
I was very upset and decided to cancel the trip. I called Zürich Opera House referring the situation and asking for a refund of the tickets. It was immediately awarded and, concerning the opera of the second day, with no problems in the performance, I also was given the option of refunding the tickets!
Two weeks ago I received only the reimbursement of Jonas Kaufmann Gala tickets. I sent an email inquiring about Il Re Pastore tickets and I got an immediate response, apologizing me for the mistake and stating that the reimbursement of these tickets would occur next week, what did happen.
I've never been so well treated by an opera house!

ResponderEliminarThe State Opera Berlin should learn from this house. On account of Anna Netrebko's participation in Don giovanni the ticket prices were significantly higher than normal. She canceled it, but no money refund!

ResponderEliminarA lot of opera houses should learn from Zurich Opera House. It is very easy to choose exactly the places we want on line and, when problems such as a cancellation happen, as it was in this case, they solve it in the best way, even taking into consideration the booking of the next day. Fantastic!
This year I was also faced with a cancellation by Anna Netrebko in London (and another one by Jonas Kaufmann also in London next July), but not even a voucher reduction of the prices of the tickets was offered!
Um lídimo exemplo de deferência pelo público, designadamente, a fracção que acorre aos mais prestigiados teatros de ópera, amiúde, oriunda de longínquas paragens no intuito de fruir da Arte de algumas das mais celebradas e representativas figuras da Lírica contemporânea.
